WHO ARE WE

Chroma Planning and Development is a specialist Development Management Practice with extensive experience advising on all planning matters from project inception through to delivery.

We have over 27 years of combined planning and development experience, including working for Gerald Eve, one of London’s leading planning consultancy practices for 9 years and working for 3 years for an established regional consultancy based in the South West.

We are a small team that seeks to work closely with clients to deliver their projects from initial conception through to physical delivery. We are passionate to deliver a high quality service for our clients while also seeking to provide as much clarity as possible to the process.

We pride ourselves on honesty and pragmatism and always look to deliver a creative approach to projects looking for solutions to problems, establishing an appropriate strategy based on the ambitions of the client and the planning context.

Our team have in-depth skills covering all aspects of development management from initial conception, due diligence, identification of site constraints and opportunities, planning applications, collaboration with stakeholders, post permission amendments and discharge of conditions. Our team can add significant value to your project through efficient co-ordination and management through the planning application process.
